Surrounded by vineyards, gardens and beautiful natural light, this immersive retreat is designed for florists and wedding vendors who want to deepen their skills in wedding and event floral design, while creating large-scale, impactful and luxury installations in a real venue setting.
Over two inspiring days together, we’ll design, build and style beautiful florals throughout the property while learning practical mechanics, techniques and approaches you can confidently apply to your own floral work.
With only 10 participants, this retreat is intentionally small to allow for hands-on guidance, meaningful connection and plenty of time working with flowers.

Tickets
The retreat format is one on our favourite ways to learn, because you’re able to get truly immersed in something and unlock more parts of you when you take your self out of the daily demands, and put yourself in a different environment. It’s a proven method for growth. However, we know it’s not always practical to completely ‘retreat’ from the day to day, so this year, we’re giving you more options, and there is limited accomodation on site. So there are two ticket options available.

Add on option - if you’re not staying the night, but would like to join the group for dinner on the Saturday night, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

About Barrett Lane
Barrett Lane has a long history in the Swan Valley dating back to the early 1900’s. Barrett Lane is nestled peacefully in the idyllic Swan Valley, and is one of Perth’s most exclusive function centres, perfect for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. The relaxed atmosphere, beautifully crafted gardens and onsite accomodation create a tranquil environment for a private gathering, and we just adore it there.
The Barrett Lane Homestead features five luxurious bedrooms, each equipped with king-sized beds and hotel-quality linens. Open-plan living and dining area which boasts a spacious couch positioned in front of a charming vintage fireplace. The property offers three stunning bathrooms, providing ample space for all guests to ensure an enjoyable experience.
